Shipping Times
We ship within 2-7 working days of purchasing, often sooner. Most packages reach their destinations 1-4 working days from shipping date. Please make sure your address is correct when purchasing 🙂 We use Pudo to ship our products to your door at a flat rate of R85. Our shipping rate is slightly higher than the Pudo prices. As we need to travel to the Pudo lockers and add a packaging fee.
Collection within Randpark Ridge
If you have chosen to collect your products we will contact you to arrange collection.
Custom Orders
We love doing custom orders! Please feel free to email us or DM us on social media with your ideas. Reference pictures help a lot. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront for us to start your order. We will send you a progress photo to check you are happy with your product. When your order is ready you pay the remaining 50%.
Jewellery Care
We mainly work with stainless steel which is tarnish proof and good for most sensitive ears. All of our chains and earrings are stainless steel. Some charms may not be stainless steel. We also use polymer clay which is a strong and durable material. Although strong it can be broken with improper care. Store your jewellery in a safe place. Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your jewellery. Keep away from harsh chemicals or perfumes to preserve the colours. If you need to clean your jewellery, wiping it with a damp cloth and patting it dry will do the trick.
Headwear & Incense Holder After Care
Our faux fur ears are airbrushed with acrylic paint. Do not get your ears wet as it may affect the paint.Â
Incense holders are coated in epoxy resin. The holders are only to catch ash. Please do not put direct heat on your incense holder. Do not leave incense burning unattended as epoxy resin is flammable. To clean your incense holder, wipe with a damp cloth.
